A fruity and balanced dry white wine from the South of France. 100% Rolle which is the same grape as the better known Italian Vermentino. This wine has a herbal note and great acidity. Rolle ripens late so needs a warmer climate it throws off beautiful flavors of citrus and fennel. It's perfect with nibbles, white fish, and chicken dishes.
