about 18 days. The maturing lasts 12 months in 50 hl barrels of Slavonia oak.
Finally, it spends the last three-month period of ageing in glass.

|Tasting Notes||The 2015 vintage was quite hot but with lower evening temperatures. Rain in August gave a freshness to the grapes, particularly the Sangiovese though overall the yield was lower as the season was quite dry for the most part. The estate has produced a classically balanced wine with excellent cherry fruit and a light pleasant acidity to pair with the typical Italian dishes.|
