🍷Tasting Notes: Hand-harvested grapes result in explosive flavors of ripe pears, apple and jasmine accompanied by gentle and refreshing acidity. A dry white wine with a brilliant pale straw color. A variety that has been enjoyed in Itay for centuries but that you seldom see outside of Italy.  This wine pairs well with Chinese food, its great with dumplings, noodles and fried rice dishes.
