We will arrange a replacement, there must be 80% of the wine in its original bottle. This service is only valid within 1 month of purchase.

In order to enjoy the subscription discount you have to take at least 3 boxes.  If you cancel after taking 1 or 2 you will be required to pay the regular non discounted price for the case.

Yes you can suspend and extend the time period between deliveries by contacting us. But you must take a minimum of 3 boxes of 6 over a 6 month period to enjoy the discount.

Yes you can cancel anytime, if you cancel after receiving one order you will be invoiced the regular non discounted price for the original case.  In order to enjoy the subscription discount you must have at least 3 boxes delivered within 6 months.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
