🍷Tasting Notes: This pinot has a bouquet of sweet berry fruit and cherries with notes of earthy forest floor and mushrooms. On the palate, it's elegant, well balanced, and has a long lingering finish, with just a touch of oak. Delicious when served with red meat dishes and particularly good with duck and mushroom risotto. The flavors in this wine develop beautifully in the wine glass.
