🍷Tasting Notes: Deep, ruby red colour. A very attractive, complex nose with aromas of spice, forest floor, cherry and wild berries. The palate has lovely velvety berry fruit with firm but fine tannins. Good structure and balance with a long finish. The wine is drinkable now but will benefit from 6-8 years aging. Grapes harvested by hand, at full ripeness, matured in French oak barrels for 20 months. Certified and bottled at Boschkloof.
